What do the condition grades mean?

| Like New | Looks unread, no marks. |
| Very Good | Lightly read, minor shelf wear. |
| Good | Clearly read, fully intact. |
| Acceptable | Heavier wear, all pages present. |
Why does one book show several copies?
Each option under “Choose a copy” is a separate physical book with its own condition and price. Pick the one you want — once a copy sells, it disappears from the list.
How much is shipping?
Standard US shipping is a flat $3.99 per order under $35. Orders of $35 or more ship free. We ship to all 50 US states.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). Delivery then takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Books in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. You can also check it on our order tracking page.
What if a book doesn't match its grade or arrives damaged?
Email us a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost or give you a refund.
Can I return a book?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and US return shipping is free with a prepaid label. Full details are in our returns policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll cancel or update it for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout.
