Shipping Policy - Kind Scrubs

1. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping is a flat $1.99 on all US orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more ship FREE. We ship to all 50 US states.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and US holidays). Once your order is processed, it ships immediately.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Some items may ship separately.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.

5. Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed by weather, carrier issues, or an incorrect shipping address. We will always help you track your package and resolve any issue.

6. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to a wrong address provided by the customer, but contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first, then email us and we will assist you.
