We want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide your order number as proof of purchase.

Free Return Shipping

Return shipping is FREE for all US orders — we provide a prepaid return label. Contact us by email to start your return and we will send you the label and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and applied automatically to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before a refund is posted. If you have done this and still have not received it, please contact us.

Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us with a photo or video and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
